Join us for a fun filled evening of Roots Rock Music as 311 and Dirty Heads bring their So Glad You Made It Tour to the legendary Stir Cove At Harrahs in Council Bluffs, Iowa on Wednesday, 5th August 2026.
As part of their 3 day festival on the beach, 311 will be bringing a long list of hits like “Down,” “Amber,” and likely tracks off of their 2014 album Full Bloom. Dirty Heads will also bring a fun take on California beach culture with songs “Lay Me Down,” “Vacation” and much more.
With the already awesome lineup come up a few more heavy hitters! ROME will be slinging his trademark blend of electronica, hip hop and reggae, and Sydney five piece Ocean Alley will be playing after revealing their triple j Hottest 100 track of the year. Party turned up!

Join us this weekend as NEBRASKA’s own 311 rock the house! 311 is an Omaha, NE-based rock band known for their diverse sound which fuses elements of rock, reggae rock, rap rock and alternative rock. The band was formed in 1988 by lead vocalist/rhythm guitarist Nick Hexum. 311 has released several hit albums which will be played all weekend long, including their 2016 release “S Mandala”, 2017’s “Stereolithic”, 2019’s “Moon” and their 2024 album Full Bloom. With past albums being platinum-certified, the band has even been recognized by a BillBoard Music Award. Come experience why fans know the band’s third studio album Down (1995) to be a classic with hits such as “Down”, “Amber”, “All Mixed Up”, and “Beautiful Disaster”. Okay, okay, okay. Southern California beach time for real. Dirty Heads brings reggae rock, hip-hop and alternative rock to your Bad22 playlist. The band was formed back in 2001 in Huntington Beach, California by two childhood friends who recorded their debut album in a garage. Enjoy the relaxed vibe of a cool summer day with hits “Lay Me Down,” “Vacation,” “My Sweet Summer” and “Rescue Me” among them. Their Bad22 release includes a slew of their biggest hits and Dirty Heads can brag about two of their singles, “Vacation” and “Push,” both earning the Billboard Top Rock Albums number one spot.
Northern Beaches five-piece Ocean Alley are the latest act to join the already impressive lineup of artists heading to Mildura in March. The band, who formed in 2011, create alternative psychedelic rock with a laid-back vibe that draws heavily from reggae rock. Fans of live music will know some of their most popular tracks including ‘The Comedown’, ‘Touch Back Down’ and triple j Favorite song of 2018 ‘Confidence’. In 2025 the band released their third album, Love Balloon, and will be touring the new record around the country.
ROME, aka Rome Ramirez. As the lead vocalist and guitarist of Sublime with Rome, ROME has been making reggae rock, ska and soul music for 6 years after being handpicked by the remaining members of the original Sublime band following the passing of lead vocalist Bradley Nowell in 1999. When not touring with SWR, ROME released his first solo EP, Gemini, in 2025. Featuring 4 original songs including "Panic", "You Better Listen" and more, the singles from Gemini demonstrate ROME's musical diversity. Joining ROME on stage will be his band performing LIVE! Fans also know that with 7 years of touring behind SWR, you can expect a band that has matured into seasoned musicians.
Stir Concert Cove is located at 1 Harrah's Blvd in Council Bluffs, Iowa. The best outdoor music destination in the Midwest is now open at Harrah's Council Bluffs. The venue has seating for 4,000 guests and offers an intimate setting and fun environment to enjoy live music. General admission standing room only tickets will be offered along with some VIP and reserved seating locations.
